BLACK PHYSCIANS &
HEALTHCARE NETWORK EVENT
The Black Physicians & Healthcare Network (BPHN), a program of the National Center for Children and Families (NCCF), is a person-centered and culturally specific, healthcare, education, and outreach response which fosters integrated wellness and optimal health in Montgomery County’s Black community.

The BPHN provides resource navigation, connections to culturally specific medical, dental, and mental health providers, as well as financial assistance to Black individuals seeking a wholistic and tailored approach to their own personal wellness and optimal health.
The BPHN program also provides innovative and collaborative approaches for organizations and community support networks looking to address systemic racial challenges such as health outcome disparities and health literacy.

To learn more about what the BPHN can do for you, your provider, or your organization visit our website at: www. bphnetwork.org or contact us today at info@bphnetwork. org or 301-365-4480 ext. 181.Exercise produces endorphins that make us happier.
